Lage

Landshut is one of the oldest and most important cities in Lower Bavaria. Founded in the 13th century, the city was the residence of the Wittelsbach dukes for centuries. Even today, buildings such as St. Martin's Church, with the tallest brick tower in the world, and Trausnitz Castle still dominate the cityscape and give Landshut its unmistakable historical flair. The property is located on a slope on the southern outskirts of the city. This location is typical of the neighbourhood: sparse development with single-family and two-family houses, some modern, some traditional, blending harmoniously into the topography. The hillside location offers partial views over the city and creates a special living situation – quiet, green and yet close to the city. The city centre with its alleys, squares and diverse offerings is easily accessible via short routes. The infrastructure is excellently developed: shopping facilities, schools, kindergartens and medical care are all in the immediate vicinity. The federal highways and the A92 motorway also provide direct connections to Munich, Deggendorf and the airport. Local recreation areas, cycling and walking paths and the Isar riverbanks complement the quality of life and make the location equally attractive for families and commuters.
