GLOCKENBACHVIERTEL - A SCENE QUARTER IN CHANGE

In the 60s the Glockenbachviertel was the stronghold of Rock'n Roll in Munich. In the 80s artists, students and the LGBTQ community conquered the quarter for themselves.

Even today, the image of the quarter is still characterized by small workshops and hip shops, some of which date back to the 50s and 60s. The Glockenbachviertel is the DAS nightlife district of Munich and convinces with nice cafés, tasty restaurants and rustic pubs.
